UAEFI HONDA OBD1 HELP

Hello, I’m a new user of the rusEfi UAefI board. I’m using the default pinout for popular vehicles — specifically Honda OBD1 — but when I turn the ignition switch to ON, I’m already seeing an RPM reading of approximately 1000 RPM, even though the engine hasn’t cranked yet."
