Looks like you need to toggle the "invert trigger" option.
Your pattern looks like the red marks: the double-gap has three long periods, with the middle period slightly longer than the neighboring two.
It should look like the green marks: two identical long periods, surrounded by short periods.
Let us make a few tweaks in the firmware, then give it another try.
