Unable to get Volvo B23E to start

Hi,

I have been unable to get my Volvo B23E to start on UAEFI.

I have confirmed all the wiring to injectors and coils are correct. The timing is correct confirmed with a timing light. I have replaced the spark plugs and injectors.
The engine ran prior to swapping over to EFI.


I have uploaded my tune and log for viewing. I am really stumped to what is wrong. Please let me know what else there is to try.
