I do 24hr lemons racing and have been looking for option to get a live video stream and telemetry from the car.
Came across this fpv drone software that uses rpi hardware and combines video and telemetry into a single 2.4/5.8g wireless link. Looks pretty promising assuming the mavlink data stream can be manipulated to stream data from the rusefi can broadcast.
My initial thoughts on topology are:
rusefi can -> arduino (can to mavlink conversion & gps in) -> openhd rpi (camera and mavlink connected) -> openhd rpi base station (connected to screen for video stream) -> pc to display telemetry?
Perhaps someone else wants to play along at home as I work this out.
