To be honest I doubt you need this breakout module - it looks like it's an over-complication on our behalf. At the moment I am not convinced that the effort to solder all this together is worth the convenience to re-route things around. Realistically I find it much more convenient to have the OEM connector soldered to rusEfi board so that you can switch between stock ECU and rusEfi completely if you need to, and that's enough.
Anyway, first post updated with a link to the datasheet for the fuse holder. Standard car parts small fuses and standard 0.1" jumpers.
The idea is that you can connect/disconnect each wire individually and for some high-current wires you want more then just a 0.1" jumper. These fuses are used as high-current switches.
