I've tried change every parameter and can't seem to get the Idle to 14.7. It's always running very very rich to about 10.
Is there something i'm missing?
Can someone help me?

Under the idle setting, I see that you have "Use separate VE Table for idle" set to true, you can try setting this to false and go within the VE table to pull fuel until the car idles at your desired afrs.
