EFI for honda 110cc

I have an engine honda 110cc, a EFI kit ( without ecm). I want to buid a ECM control EFI and ignition for engine .
Can you direct me how to buid it ? Thanks you so much !

Infact, i try to connect to ECM Honda, but was encrypted and what's sofware support it

I was read some prokect in ruefi.com but i want to use some tuning sofware can remap ECM such as tuneECU.

I think that's the wrong forum if you are looking to remap an OEM ECM to be honest.
