There is a theory floating around that JDY-33 is part of our BT problem. With all the ESP32 love has anyone actually used ESP32 to bridge from stm32 rusEFI into TS via Bluetooth?

There is amazing https://rusefi.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1904 write-up but I find PC side of wifi setup too hard for your average consumer.

I have few "original" rich one HC-06 and HC-05 BT modules working on my MRE / VEMS / Proteus and some STAG-AFR controllers. And few GPS also.
..it works fine....

All "cheap chinese" BT modules are ^%^##^*#%$$#

Only one ESP module, what I'm using, is small DoIt ESP-M3 Wifi-to-Serial module.

..and YES, it is too hard to using and configure it for common users...

https://github.com/olegv142/esp32-bt-serial looks promising, looking for a hero to give it a try!
