What is the cheapest used turbocharger with a turbo speed sensor?

04E145704Q is a cheap DC actuator used on Volkswagen 2.0L 2013-2017 Jetta Beetle but without turbo speed sensor. GM has 321-10090-ic with

14411-5NA1A 144115NA1A MGT2056Z for 2018+ Nissan Altima seems to have both DC motor and turbo speed sensor but those start at $500.

Is Nissan the only commercially avaialble gasoline turbo with speed sensor? Anything cheap junk yard to allow speed sensor to be added?

Cute: 300hp version of Nissan VR30DDTT comes without turbo speed sensor while 400hp "Red Sport" version has it.

Well technically all I need for my demo purposes is Sensor TURBO Speed "Turbocharger Boost Sensor" like 144A3EZ40C 144A3-EZ40C or 144A3-5CA1A
144A35CA1A and a drill
