and I need to know, "how can I put my local hw_microrusefi directory" to the github .. :?
That's a great question! One we should have ideally clarified in advance :)

Does the SD card actually fit there with the screw? The card extends far past the end of the socket.

It is the same Wurth holder/socket as proteus have ..
..and it looks ..it will fit ..

It has an overlap through two 3mm holes, but not through mounting hole
(I haven't aluminium case, just plastic one)

I am not sure what you are talking about. We are in "Custom microRusEFI with SD card" but you probably mean the original hw_microRusEfi?

Original hw_microRusEfi has https://github.com/rusefi/hw_microRusEfi/blob/master/releaseNotes.md file. I've mentioned that file directly on https://github.com/rusefi/hw_microRusEfi/ to make it a bit more visible, thank you for the useful signal!

Yes, I'm mean original hw_microRusEfi ...

Plain text file, named "Changelog.txt" is most common file, in many other projects.
(but, it is the same as your "releaseNotes.md". I'm overlooked it.)

Are you going / plan to use this board as a future MRE release ..?
I made it for community.

Short answer is YES

Longer answer: it's complicated. My preference is for you to fabricate it at least for yourself but also maybe even ship me a sample. Overall in the next couple of months this amazing improvement is very very low on my priority list. Two international trips coming this year etc.

Maybe a better way to put would be "I am extremely busy for the next two months at least"

Why are those boards so naked?! Why not JLCPCB at least for passive components? :)

Hi, I can not update after my current FW (july 22)
I tried all the next ones, august22, sept 22, nov22.
I connect the device, update process goes normal, and when I reconect the device, the FATAL state led blinks premenately.
I put the device to DFU mode and then I can sent new FW normaly, but only july 22 will work.
Any ideas?

Try full erase (fresh rusEFI console has that option)
Is it official board or custom board? What exact hardware revision? What is exact part number of TLE8888 chip?

It is the custom version of @JRD McLAREN MRE+sd 5.55rc
https://www.rusefi.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2191

Can I get TLE part number with software?

Full erase didn't work.
Also I noticed that when the flashing ends and it gives message to power cycle, The Fatal led is already on!
