Frankenstein ttl port does not work
Tuner Studio reports invalid data received from controller

I have to really ask you to please compare current proper top post with original version which I find confusing and counter productive.
At the moment all we know is that "TTL does not work" - that's a poorly articulated technical problem statement.

The pcb is the Frankenso ,this problem arose when the firmware was changed to latest

Please go over different official
https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/releases releases and report what is the last release where it works and first release where it does not work, that would help.
There were some changes in this area so I can totally see how we might have broken things
