Hi,

I have a proteus v0.3a with knock sensor issue. Is anybody who can help me with repairing it?

On the photo below I have seen some repair. I hope it worked

the knock sensor issue you're having is that the knock circuit on v0.3 and v0.3a doesn't work

That photo is of the prototype I built for the circuit found on v0.4 and later. If you really want to try and attempt that, I can post the schematic for how to do it.
