did anybody working on a through hole component ecu shield hardware board?
something basic setup such speeduino board is enough for me.

Couple years ago there was an attempt to make a through-hole board on the Russian half of the forum but I believe nothing had happened there. See

i saw one of contributor
@ with nissan neo vvl profile picture. did he use this engine with rusefi firmware?
if not mistaken, neo vvl use very high resolution cas. 360 slot something.

ahh.. i am using this nissan engine and change to 4/2 cas to make it running with m$2.

If someone attempts a thru hole version of a board, I can suggest a bunch of footprints I made some time ago. They had SMT pads located between the thru hole via's. I think I recall seeing similar footprints in the KICAD library.
For me I'm far more likely to get an SMT board and have it populated by someone else. The cost has come down and I don't have enough time to do it myself. The SMT is handy for having it MFG'ed by others, the thru hole is handy for field repairs and for DIY folks.
