Proteus U1 on fire

Post by AndreyB »

Proteus 0.7 has arrived from JLC without VNDL, TLS115 and high side switches. VNDL, TLS115 and high side switches were hand-soldered in NJ.

After failing output tests with LED board some heat/solder/rework was done. Once unit was powered after reword U1 got glowing red and smoke was released.

We are figting only with LS1 to LS16 and HS1 to HS4 since initial NJ soldering was very bad. TLS115 is also soldered in NJ but I believe not touched at the moment.
