I also have Ford 2.3 Lima and would like to run RusEFI on it.

batch-fire or sequential injectors (hey, it's only wiring!)
Distributor or waste spark ignition (TFI or DIS or EDIS)
an assortment of injectors (if size is an issue)
Old School T3/T4 turbo

I believe you have an assembled Frankenstein unless I am mistaken?
rusEfi should be pretty close, you can really help by starting to put all this together and writing up your progress here

First order of business is to get your trigger wires & setup so that you can begin cranking with spark plugs removed - this was we validate that we have RPM decoder.
Once we have trigger confirmed I guess we would setup spark - still without fuel. Once we are there, we will take care of the next steps
High-Z is easier for now. As of right now there is absolutely no code related to turbo, but once any vehicle gets closer to using a turbo it should not really be a problem.
