Considering getting a Dual channel WBO Controller. If I connect my OBDLink MX (OBD2 Bluetooth) to the right pins of the WBO Controller, should I be able to display the A/F using Torque Pro on an Android device?

Nope, that's not how standalone WBO controllers are used.

I assume the firmware is programmed to only continuously send the AFR out over the CANBUS? It's not written to listen for a request from something on the CANBUS such as Torque Pro?
