E28 528e with supercharged M70V12

Greetings all. I swapped my car several years ago to an M70 running stock injection and then later decided to be silly and add a Rotrex supercharger. I kept the injection mostly stock and added an RRFPR and higher flow injectors from an M60 V8, but soon found out that I was limited by the stock injections MAFs. I put the project aside for too long and have now decided to finish what I started. I bought a 0.4 unit from a friend (who had planned it for his M70 swapped E34 wagon) so I can get going. It was an earlier unit that RusEFI sold on eBay back in 2020 and came with wiring harness adapters packed into M73 ECU cases. I can't use those unless I swap my harness so I will put them aside for now and make my own adapters as soon as I remember to pull an ECU to look at the pin configuration. I may just make a full harness, IDK yet.
Anyhow, my friend may have misremembered what he bought, as he thought the ECU had a turbo base tune on it, but after plugging in it seems to be a basic generic 4 cylinder tune. Of course I can load the M73 tune but I will need to make some modifications and switch over from Alpha-N to MAP.
Anyone have a good V12 base tune for that?
