Hi there!

I'm member of local endurance racing team running in 6h le mans style team races with 90s Group N like race cars. I'm quite interested in EFI side in general, and we are going to build a new car sometime in the future so started to look for a option to replace our current MS1 (where we run it quite barebones, without any sensor correction, crank position, fuel and ignition maps only, ignition automated via edis) when we start building the wiring for next car. Currently looking at building a F4R-730 based Clio, and for that RusEFI seems quite reasonable option, especially as we are not in hurry to get it running.

I have previous experience in tuning with Hondata on Honda engines and some experience with MegaSquirt and Link G4, but this allows me to take deeper look into how EFI actually works on inside.

Hello and welcome.

Sounds like an interesting project.

Have you found the wiki yet? If not this link might be of interest. http://rusefi.com/wiki/index.php?title=Manual:Hardware_Frankenso_board

Currently we run 90s Escort RS2000 16V but transitioning in 1-2 years, depending on how rules are changing.

This is our old body, new one is orange and RHD model, but still figuring out odds ands ends of that:

We have Focus ST170 as secondary option, that one has PWM MAF and we are not allowed to switch to MAP due to rules, can RusEFI handle PWM MAF?

there is the code to handle frequency-based MAF but no one has used it on a real vehicle
