Re: hello all.
I suggest getting power supply working first. It's a buck style regulator, and if part of it does not work, it provides 12V to 5V parts. I forget if R0.2 had the 5V jumper or not, but we have that because it allows verification of the 5V before connecting the 5V to the components.

Re: hello all.
I am sure I was buying VS-50WQ04FNPBF-ND in smaller qty from digikey before, mouser seems to have smaller qty in stock.
I wish you had purchased a kit at least for your first board, too much pain sourcing individual components.

Re: hello all.
I see it's available from many sources.
https://octopart.com/vs-50wq04fnpbf-vishay-44341789
Halogen free vs non-halogen, both would be fine as long as your country allows it. Halogen free is being pushed as a regulatory issue in many countries that are part of the EU.

Re: hello all.
Does it accept hall or VR? VR does not need the MAX chip. The max chip can accept either VR or hall. I do not know that board, I do not know which chip might be a VR conditioning chip.

Re: hello all.
got my engine running with ms2 and speeduino. i have dyno chart between those two ecu, and guest what.. I am very happy with speeduino even i have a bad noise issue while dyno is running.
rusefi still in hardware progress. got some issues with ordering part and little bit argument with others partner that involved in this project. next year (few days to go
) i am sure i can finish up this hardware board.
lastly coolefi. still try to configure with emstudio. once it ready, i assumed it should be ok.

You can help us help you by pointing at specific schematics page on 0.2 schematics, I am sorry I do not remember and was not able to find in 30 seconds of looking.

Re: hello all.
D35 to D45 are the schottky's used for the LED's on the injector drivers. The LED's make light, but have a low sustainable reverse voltage. D35, and such increases that voltage which allows for a spike of voltage from the injectors does not over power the the diode and get into the 5V lines. If you do not populate these diodes the LED's simply will not work, which is nothing more than a diagnostics feature. The injectors would still work just fine.

Re: hello all.
@russian pointed out to me that you requested the diode part number. I see it's BAT54T1GOSCT-ND as noted in the schematic properties. I'm not sure why it's not in the BOM. I'll see about updating the BOM.

Re: hello all.
I'm using an external GM-style MAP sensor from Ebay. Seems to work fine.
I'm not a fan of internal MAP sensors since long vacuum lines can kink and mess up the signal. They also slow down the signal response a bit (limited by speed of sound). So an external sensor, close to the intake is preferred.

Re: hello all.
most i am afraid is VNS14NV04TR-E for injector/fuel pump/high side driver. i found it obsolete at Digikey and Mouser. no choice, i ordered it from Aliexpress.
i received 4, and how do i check whether it is original or fake ic?

Re: hello all.
Nothinkg to worry about - VNS14NV04PTR-E is not obsolete. This was discussed before, newer BOM has the new part number http://rusefi.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=954&p=16881&hilit=VNS14NV04+obsolete#p16881

Re: hello all.
Good to hear 5V is functional.
@russian, do you know the pin out thing? Those are harness GND points. I'm tempted to say yes he needs, then, and he needs to connect his DB37 GND(s) to this pin. However he could also avoid the jumper and simply connect the DB37 lead to the PCB side of the jumper vias. So no he doesn't need the jumper, but he does need a wire. The need for the jumper depends on which side he connects the wire lead to.
For the long term, I would like to suggest not planning on the DB37. I understand the need to use it for now, but would suggest your long term plan includes a plan to change to a different connector. The DB37 is intended for much lower currents than what you commonly run through them for engine control. There are many reliability issues with the contact resistance of these DB37 connectors.

Re: hello all.
yes, i notice DB37 pin is too small and hard to solder standart wiring harness to it connector.
once done testing, i will find this denso connector.
