Easiest to mount in my car is the later stock throttle pedal (and I have them on the shelf). E46 for example.

May test one out next while I'm still in wiring. Got the diagrams crossed over, not hard.

Couldn’t wait any longer.

Fired right up once i had the fuel pump relay signal jumpered from the adapter board. Used the key in the column.

yeah making progress.

FINALLY discovered my running rough issue.

I had checked timing, but had to repeat it. Turns out the flywheel is off location. Either I installed it wrong, or the custom flywheel has the orientation off. Set the base timing at 20 degrees finally, and it purrs like a kitten.

Put my latest tune and log on the database.

Changed to batch injection, now fighting lean condition. Can't get enough fuel.

Must be missing something simple.

Chasing issues. Lean running turned out to be no spark on 1-6. Found bad coil, replaced, and still no spark of life.

Please confirm you are using the "bench test" buttons to click things individually without trying to run the whole thing

We have been running it for a few weeks now. Have not used the bench test for this current issue.

Followed the bad coil, dizzy was good, traced wires back to the ecu adapter. Pulled it out of the case and found the issue. Talked to Andrey and we have a plan :)

Well, you get the award for most brutal IGBT damage I've seen on rusEFI.

Unfortunately I am aware of the problem. A few months ago it was https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/issues/5321

Unfortunately I witnesses some igniter damage myself this Saturday. I suspect it was a combination of loose/lame/random patch cord and some unresolved software issue maybe https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/issues/4310

There is hope: I plan to go do more tests to collect data for https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/issues/4310 issue hopefully in November. Also in light of that accident on Saturday we've resumed work on https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/issues/1339

In the mean time please twist both ETB motor wire pairs in the patchcord between your proteus and M73 adapter that could be contributing to the unclear problem we are facing.

Still open question what was the root cause. Plz post a picture of how you've twisted ETB and VR pairs of wires.

Tune and log maybe? Something is oscillating. MAP sampling window could be helpful if that's about MAP oscillating. https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/wiki/HOWTO-upload-log

I did twist the power lines to the ETB. Disassembled the lines from the connector all the way to the adapter board, twisted and reassembled.

VR? Voltage regulator?

Crank sensor. Okay. Assuming both.

Cam sensor too?

We only use one crank. Cam is not affected by this drama since very different kind of sensor electrically.
