Uaefi VVT setup guide

Hello guys, i wonder if there is some sort of setup guide for VVT?
in my case im installing a UAEFI on a 2007 ej20.
Im wondering what the procedure would be, also what does the "offset" value mean or do in the PID
How should we set our cam trigger angles too.
