Hello! Should i buy or either build it for high hp applications.

Hello and greetings from Finland! First off, something about my build. It is a Volvo B230 16v engine with forged internals and a GTX3584R turbo. The engine is made to run at around 600-700 hp. Would something like Rusefi Proteus work for this build? As a student trying to self-learn electronics and most importantly electronics and ecus related to automotive tech, I can not see any reason why not. The knock sensor function is not important, since I tune my engines with knock ears on the street. I have done a couple of projects with Arduino and Altium before, mainly DIY PDM and 722.6 gearbox controller with MOSFETs. My toolbox consists of JBC soldering station (yes I know it is overkill, I am toolaholic) and just some other basic stuff. Should I buy or build the proteus? I have taken a look at what it takes to build one, but JLCPCB has a shortage of some components and it might be hard to get elsewhere. JLCPCB also is missing some components (I know it should not be 100% ready, but a lot more components are missing than in the fab tutorial) when importing the BOM and CSV.
I am open to suggestions, maybe I did something wrong with importing the files to JLCPCB. I must say that I am very impressed, feels like this could be the next thing like Megasquirt was back in the day.
