ETB Disable when throttle at 100% for >3 seconds

I can reproduce this when running and not running. The logs below are just sitting with the key on. If I hold the throttle at 100% for 3 seconds the ETB disables. It requires a reboot of the Proteus to re-enable.

I have confirmed that both pedal sensors are reading and and the calibrated pedal % is not going over 100%. I have confirmed that both TPS are reading and the TPS % is not going over 100%. I do not see anything funky with the voltage readings on either the TPS or the PPS. This seems to have just started happening after the firmware update recently.

Immediately after this happens, please CAREFULLY touch the ETB driver chip. It might be very hot (150C - no, I'm not kidding). If it is very hot, there are some things we can try.

ETB chip is indeed getting very hot. I can also feel it getting hot as I put the throttle down. The longer I hold full throttle the hotter it gets until it shuts the throttle.

Along with the firmware update I increased ETB pwm frequency to try to get it above my ear’s abilities. I just dropped it back to 1500 Hz. That seems to have fixed the issue.
