Malfunctioning Frankenso board.

Hello fellow rusEFI-ers,

BLOT
I have a Frankenso-based ECU (~3-4 years old) that I have built a Hardware-in-loop rig with. Of late, some of the pins on the board are acting as 5V outputs when they should not be.

Details
I have a Frankenso-board ECU that some of you may recognize (photo attached: FrankensoBoard.jpg).

As per the schematic (file attached: frankenso_schematic (7).pdf), pin 3K is supposed to be at 5V- which I do see. However, for some reason, pins 3L and 3Q are at ~5V too (see attached Frankenso_part.png).

I configured these pins to be outputs (to an ETB). I have uploaded the latest tune here: https://rusefi.com/online/view.php?msq=623.

Any ideas to debug this further are highly appreciated!

Regards,
Parag

note pull-downs (horizontal) further up and pull-ups (vertical)

on the right we see mostly pull-ups right? That's one of the areas where boards were sometimes assembled not 100% according to schematics because of options and flexibility.

pull-downs are 500K pull-ups are 10k usually

I suspect that you want to replace some of those
