I have a N73 out of an 04 BMW that I've had a while for a project, but haven't had the time to work on it. I'm finally about to pull the engine and start working on seeing if I can get it fired. I have a proteus and was originally planning on converting to port injection. Now I'm seeing there has been a lot of progress on the DI front. Should I switch gears and try to keep direct injection? With the 12 cylinder, could I use the proteus, a GDI8, and a GDI4?

We do not have dual HPFP control, best you can do for N73 would be to run it as two inline 6 - same as OEM

Also we do not have valvetronic magic anything.
