Flexfuel Temp problem

I'm having some trouble with my flexfuel sensor.
It reads the etanol content just fine but the temperature gives me headache.
The signal from the sensor needs a pullup resistor and after that the signal looks like this: But the signal needs to look like this for temp reading to work.
Can we flip that in software or do we need that on hardware?
