m73 cuts at 3500

[Jhelgesen]

Been making huge progress on the m73 tune, running fairly well, been on the road for tests.

Issue is she drops throttle at 3500 rpm under load, logs show throttle cutting out.

Haven't been able to find the right setting to fix it.

Tune and log are uploaded to the database

HPFP, set from 3 to 0, should be fixed now.
