Am I missing where the ETB warmup and cranking settings are located?

Thanks, I got that answer last night on discord and was going to paste it over here.
Sadly the discord guys convinced me there is no hope I could make this work, not that is doesn't work because I'm sure it does, but I have no confidence I have the required skill set to use it.
