Miata 96: Anything completely obviously wrong?

I've got the car running fairly well overall but There's some funky cranking and hot start things happening. It'll bog and shake for a few seconds on a hot start and then goes directly to the target rpm and smoothes out after about 5-8 seconds. I've yet to figure out what a "cycle" refers to in time with this software.
