Hello,
I'm trying to configure ETB with microRusEFI connected in a setup on the table, outside of the car,
I followed the guide (https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/wiki/Electronic-Throttle-Body-Configuration-Guide),
but stuck before the PID tuning step as the throttle doesn't move after activating Autotune button.
Sensors/TPS entry menu seems to be configured and working (both primary and secondary sensors measure properly, limits set, throttle moves first open then closed during Auto Calibrate ETB1).
Sensors/AcceleratorPedal setting seems to be configured and working - I use single channel potentiometer. Might it be a problem?
I get 'ETB Redundancy' yellow warning in Tuner Studio status bar at the bottom of its main page. Could this be related? I have two channels TPS, what redundancy is missing?
I can use 'Auto calibrate ETB1' from Advanced/Electronic Throttle Body entry and it operates throttle (it moves open then closed, no apparent issue here)
Then I burn it into microRusEFI ECU, power cycle it, and after reconnecting I can press the Start ETB PID autotune button, I get the message in the Tuner Studio that tuning is in progress, but nothing happens - throttle doesn't move a bit, no noise of working power stage, etc.
I tried to change the PID parameters manually, but the throttle doesn't seem to be in ETB mode, no signs of any attempt to follow the accelerator pedal signal.
When I go to the 'Advanced/ETB pedal target' menu item i can see the pointer tracking pedal position in the first column (700rpm)
Am I missing something? Is there a specific setting to activate the ETB?
Thank you for any comments.

Re: Electronic Throttle Body Configuration Problem
Do you have legit pedal connected on bench? It might fail safe without pedal

Re: Electronic Throttle Body Configuration Problem
Thank you, Andrey!
Indeed the problem was related to my use of simple one-slider potentiometer, even if it was properly calibrated and configured, the yellow-label warning on ETB redundancy disappeared when I connected proper accelerator pedal with two channels/outputs. Now the throttle follows the pedal and PID auto-tuning also worked as expected.
I had some issues with changing settings with Tuner studio - what is the procedure? shall I change only one setting at a time, followed by "burning" the param to the ECU, then cycling the power of the ECU?
Sometimes one gets this kind of instructions displayed in Tuner Studio, but not always.
For example, I was changing quite a few times the settings for the primary and secondary input for accelerator pedal, PIN30(av7) and PIN31(av3), and primary channel was always working (for both input pins), but not secondary - even though it was properly configured (now it works without any changes in hardware or to other settings). Any hints how to avoid such issues?
Another question, perhaps a bit outside of this topic, is the basic OBD2 support implemented in the current firmware? how to activate it in the Tuner Studio?

Re: Electronic Throttle Body Configuration Problem
While the throttle works fine and follows accelerator pedal quite quickly and smoothly, it produces the usual inverter-control type noise. The PWM frequency is set to 800Hz (default value). When the engine is running then the noise is not to be audible anyway, but does anyone have any idea what frequency would be acceptable for this hardware (I assume higher frequency could produce less noise, or less audible noise for most people, at the expense of grater heat generated in ECU power stage and perhaps the servo motor as well).
