I am posting a solution for compatibility of UAEFI and the KORTOMETR display.
You just need to flash KORTOMERT with the attached firmware and set the settings as attached.
There is one problem I noticed - incorrect display of CLT temperature. But this can be neglected.
The KORTOMETR display firmware is provided by the author of the device, posted with his consent.
