I am working on an NB2 that has a new set of DW 700 injectors installed. I have the injector data set but need to work on small pulse correction. Right now, at idle, the VE has to be really high to meet desired lambda.
DW700 with data card showing ~730cc average flow. With this being a fixed rail pressure of 400kpa, I adjusted the injector flow to 844 in the tune.
Here is the chart showing dead times and non linear portions but I do not know how to put that into our small pulse corrections. I could really use some help with this one.
