Sparkfun Color Trademark note

Seems sparkfun had an issue with violating Flukes Trademark Yellow and Grey multi-meter. I wonder how that works with my RadioShack meter, a clear violation, expect for the fact that it was MFG'ed nearly 10 years before the USPTO issued the trademark to Fluke.

Perhaps we should trade mark the grey boxed ECU, then we can force the world to change the color of the ECU, or pay a licensing fee to keep the ECU's they already have in stock.
