freelancer.com - developers are there, but they do not work for free. Surprise-surprise!

Since I have some donated cash on hand, I've decided to try freelancer.com - and I have to say this has worked out great! Unfortunately not many tasks could be offloaded to external developers, but for some units of work this would be a valid option.
