Wow, this is really nice. I've worked with the VN1610 interfaces and CANoe, very nice stuff. Privately I use CANcardXL with CANoe
But, unfortunately the sources directory in his github is empty ut, unfortunately the sources directory in his github is empty It would of course be possible to just flash the firmware to a STM32F407/405 board and use it that way, sorce code would be very interesting too though.

https://github.com/linklayer/cantact-fw last update 2017 official binaries did not work in my fake-ish adapter
https://github.com/HubertD/cangaroo last update 2017
https://github.com/normaldotcom/canable-fw/pull/9 has some scary comments etc etc

Only good news is that this adapter at least reads CAN with that 2017ish software

Great news https://github.com/moonglow/pcan_cantact/releases/download/v1.5/pcan_canable_hw.hex got me proper PCAN-View working!
