Turns out there Arduino has a board which uses exactly the LQFP 208 chip we are looking to try http://rusefi.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1166

STM32F469BIT6 MCU with 2-Mbyte Flash memory, 384-Kbyte SRAM
16-Mbyte SDRAM

http://www.arduino.org/products/boards/arduino-star-otto

Closed-source hardware I believe, no idea if it's possible to flash rusEfi into this thing.

Looks like this was announced back in May 2016 but yesterday I got it in ST monthly email - http://m.news.st.com/nl/jsp/m.jsp?c=%40wQyWEw%2FQc1f1qzaX4G253bPWAA0U8qW6Vtp%2BhWrxIfc%3D

I was not able to find one for sale.

I like the flying leads, and on board wifi. Looks like just the chip is about $16 in low qty, so not crazy expensive or anything like that. Is this chip supported by ChibiOS?

It should be - it's _exactly_ the one I suggest we use on our 208 pin board.

No idea if SWO is available on the Arduino board which you cannot buy anywhere.
