VE & Ignition blend tables with RPM too low axis value

The VE and ignition blend table allows RPM as the blend parameter but have a max value limit of 1000 on the axis, so too low for most RPM based uses....

What does rusEFI do if a value is outside the table axis range? If say rpm is 100 and the min axis value in the table is 300 does it use the 300rpm...
