Yes, the large copper ground plane, didn't thought about that. Additionaly i used a dull tip, and a somewhat more attention demanding flux. My Soldering Station is cheapish but works good. As I resoldered, I used a self made tip that is good to peek down onto the plane close beside the part.

You probably want to wash the board with some isopropyl alcohol, or similar cleaner. You appear to have lots of extra flux covering pretty much everything. sorry... problem solved. it were the crapy solder connections under all 3 gnd pins... of the chip and under the resistor were no connection...
I were suspicious about that because i had to flow solder into one of the via to get one of the power mosfets to go.
