Unfortunately i am unfamiliar with the schematics on the Frankenso. I was thinking in terms of MRE, my apologies.

We had this issue on the Hellen64 for miata. The miata has a diode in the circuit which screws up the ability to use PA6. Can you switch to PB0? Should be pin 36(AV8) on the connector. This is what is used on the Hellen now and works great.

No plans to add the WOT switch. No need for it. With the mre48 being a legacy product, it wont get any revisions other than firmware.

@fan the resistor is there for the factory On/off tps. You remove it and replace with a jumper so that you have a full 5v to the TPS.

I can confirm that is consistent with the Hellens ive tested. No injector led with only USB and ecu stimulation active.

Was there a CAN tranceiver in the parts list?

It should not require pulling the ST sign fuse. we use a different method for fuel pump control compared to megasquirt. You will need to disconnect the stock tps sensor before connecting the ecu. It is prewired for vtps, sequential fuel and knock. ill be sending you some info on getting started.
