Re: NA Miata EcotecMiata Race Car

I think what you need can be achieved by using the "VE Blend" Tables Go here image.png And set the table to use Flex% image.png And set it up to something like this image.png That enables this table image.png Which you can use to add/remove fuel from the main map in relation to your flex% ...

Re: BMW e34 M5 S38

I have requested dashpot (return-to-idle logic) for some time now.

https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/issues/5303

I wrote some Lua code that does it somewhat, but a better implementation would be much appreciated lol

I'll take a lookat the starting later today

Re: BMW e34 M5 S38

Update on this project: Runs fairly well except for coasting in gear to idle. The engine will start bucking around 1300-1400rpm until you press the brake to slow it down, or clutch in. This problem happens at the target idle rpm value plus the RPM upper limit idle detection threshold. What I'm seei...

I think there is a problem at setting the detection angle at 50, because for some reason with VTwin by MAP active, the count starts at 360 and goes up to 720, so 50 degrees never happens

MAP Sync and how it works

An FSAE team that have an AlphaECU 2chan are trying to get MAP sync working on their Kawasaki EX300 engine with an intake manifold (since it's turbocharged) working, but they have not been succesful. Here is a log of the engine not turning on with MAP sync: https://rusefi.com/online/view.php?log=122...

Thanks a ton for your input!

My only question about what you said about using a counter, is that I think the BPSD has to stay latched if an error occurs,

FSAE BPSD Design

Hey guys, I'm sponsoring a few FSAE teams and I'm thinking about helping them with the BPSD (Brake System Plausibility Device), a device with NO PROGRAMMABLE CIRCUITS that can detect some rules which I will state up next. Since that could be an actual safety product to be sold to more teams with pro...

Re: marketing ideas. Maybe something out of 760?

Problem with giving it to some random Youtubers: They won't take it. People still assume the ECU is the reason a car would break, and they won't use an ECU they have never heard of. Crazy builds are the best way to get noticed, but when I say crazy, it means something that makes noise and spits fire...

git clone has created a new 'rusefi' folder. You should be somewhere inside the folder to invoke orher git command including git aubmodjlez

cd rusefi
Well that was quite stupid of me lol
Color me burned out.
It is finally working, thanks everyone.

The link to ChibiOS on your Github takes me to the ChibiOS fork... on your Github, I downloaded that and put it in ChibiOS (and downloaded Contrib and put it there too) and apaprently I'm missing stm32_gpio. This does not sound like the way you are supposed to be using github. I would recommend aga...

All code that I added to the Speeduino firmware is in alphaMods.h (fan control mostly)
CAN code is in the CAN ME7.5 directory, hope it all helps!
