Hi!
Did anyone manage to make EGT work on Proteus board using the AUX SPI connector?
It looks to be laid out on SPI5 port

Re: After start enrichment table questions
Hi! The table should be filled by "1.20" by default to reflect previous behavior. That was checked with Simulator and Proteus board which used global defaults. obraz.png The enrichment like you noticed is 1.00 = no enrichment, 1.25 = 25% of after start enrichment. This code uses engine cyc...

1999 Lexus IS200
obraz.png Hi All! This is a thread where my old junk is going to run turbocharged 1G-FE engine on Proteus board. Old photo from time when rust didn't eat so much yet  It's a rebuilt 2.0 Inline 6 motor with added TD05 turbocharger, decompression plate to lower compression ratio to 8.5:1 and Maz...

Hi again, I finally got it to work, looks like for me the magic numbers should be 45 and 40, now it works in all RPM range

Re: Toyota 3 tooth trigger
Never mind, the car was stalling because I forgot that I left ignition at -20 after previous test with advancing the trigger offset... Looks like I was seeing things, still no success. Uploaded current tune with the parameter changed, and logs with max speed: https://rusefi.com/online/view.php?log=1...

Re: Toyota 3 tooth trigger
I have changed the second parameter to 40 from 25, and indeed after 2-3 seconds after starting the engine, the value starts to move like it should, but.... when it does, engine just stalls. 100% repetitive behavior. I will make the logs tomorrow, don't want to piss off my neighbors at evening

Toyota 3 tooth trigger
Hi, Starting a new thread as I have most of things covered apart from VVT I have uploaded logs and tunes as requested below: https://rusefi.com/online/index.php?vehicleName=Lexus+IS200&user_id=2040&sorts%5BuploadedMsq%5D=-1&sorts%5BuploadedLog%5D=-1 As you can see by comparing both tunes...

Re: Old Toyota TPS/PPS unsupported?
Yes! Thank you, I can confirm that this solution works perfectly
I think maybe the name of the function should be changed, I was looking on that but keyword "Ford" was telling me it's not for me
Now it's just VVT-i left in the other topic.

Old Toyota TPS/PPS unsupported?
Hi everyone! I'm trying to run 3rd gen Toyota 1G engine with RusEFI, and I am mostly successful, apart from small issues with trigger, and the show-stopper -> TPS and PPS. This throttle body has a DC motor, double TPS, and PPS mounted, the setup is very similar to BMW with M52TU motor. Both TPS and ...

Re: 2JZ trigger
Hi, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong here. I was running the stock ECU in parallel to do the ignition timing until I am sure all is good. Now I switched all ignition to RusEFI and found out that my trigger angle 95 deg is way off and the ignition is pretty much advanced. During the time I f...

Re: 2JZ trigger
I think it's more retarded, the angle is closer to 0 (home position as I understand) when the engine is cold, than when it's warmed up.
Correct me if I'm wrong

Re: 2JZ trigger
Hi once again.
I got it to run, but I have a problems with idle on cold engine.
I noticed that stock ECU retards VVT on cold engine, also other standalone ECUs give you the possibility to do it.
Is it possible to add that feature?
Thanks!

Re: 2JZ trigger
Simulation Only? Does that mean that this pattern should not be used on an actual car yet? :) If it comes to Trigger Angle I have it dialed in perfectly with timing light, but the VVT Offset Value, and these 2 parameters I have no idea how to even go near them :geek: I have seen some ECUs have assis...

2JZ trigger
Hi Everyone. I am new in the RusEFI, but so far I find it amazing with all of the features packed in STM32 :) I am trying to set up a 2JZ trigger, recently called "Toyota 3 Tooth", it has two parameters "2JZ Position" and "2JZ Precision". What do these parameters mean? ...
