In case anyone wants DFU to install firmware instead of st-link, short boot0 to 3v on startup. Mine had readout protection enabled, so I had to "Read Unprotect" (AKA erase) before connecting

Roman has pointed out how nice is this clearly unofficial unit. Proper schematics, a bolt on USB cable, nice LED inserts on the case... Looks like they have original molds?

It's a custom single channel version of https://github.com/moonglow/pcan_pro_x

LED1 red: alive STATUS
LED2 green: RX
LED2 blue: TX

Wow it has two RGB LEDs? LED1 PC10/PC11/PC12 LED2 PB8/PB9/PE0?

And a huge GPIO header? That's a very cool dev board.

Pleasant surprise it had a nice cover unlike the pictures! I have a feeling that it's not a genuine assmbl LED in USA device?

Anyway says stm32f415VG chip says 25MHz oscillator.

TJA1057 on PD0/PD1. Silent mode control PE10.
9241A on PA9/PA10. 9241A on PA2/PA3.
